The house rules
To ensure that all guests have a pleasant stay, we ask you to comply with the following house rules. By booking or moving into our apartment, you accept these house rules.
General:
If you miss anything in the furnishings and inventory, please inform us immediately.
Nobody damages things on purpose, but it can happen to anyone once in a while that something gets broken. We would be pleased if you could inform us of the damage so that we do not only discover it after your departure during the final cleaning.
We will provide you with toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and bin bags for the first few days. For the rest of your vacation, we ask you to provide your own consumables.
Change of bed linen and towels:
We change the bath towels weekly free of charge. If you would like new bed linen in between, we charge 5 euros per set (one pillowcase and one comforter cover). A towel costs 2 euros, a bath towel 3 euros.
Payment
The full rental amount must be paid in cash or in advance by bank transfer or online payment when moving into or leaving the apartment. Any deposit paid will of course be deducted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit and debit cards or checks. Only cash payment is accepted on site.
Check in, Check Out
Check in: 15:00 – 20:00
Check Out 07:00 – 10:00
It is also possible to carry out a pre-check-in. In this case we can deposit the key in the safe.
Early check-in or late check-out is only possible on request and subject to availability. Early check-in from 08:00 is € 50.00. Late check-out until 15:00 € 50.00 until 20:00 € 100.00
Parental supervision:
Parents are liable for their children.
In the interests of good neighborliness, we ask you to refrain from loud trampling, loud shouting or slamming doors.
We live in the lower apartments and ask you to be considerate and comply.
Garbage:
You must dispose of waste and garbage yourself. We ask you to dispose of waste separately in the garage:
● Residual waste
● Plastic
● Paper
● Colored glass
● White glass
The waste separation laws in Austria are very strict. Therefore, we unfortunately have to charge you a fee of € 100.00 if you do not separate your waste correctly.
Non smoking apartment:
Smoking is not permitted in the vacation apartment or in the entire house.
You can smoke on the balcony and use the ashtray provided for this purpose.
Parking:
There is a parking lot for your car on the premises.
Cleaning:
Please empty, clean and switch off the fridge before you leave. Make sure that the dishes are only put back in the cupboards when they are clean.
The same applies to cutlery, pots and appliances (coffee machine, toaster, kettle). Also keep the fridge and freezer compartment clean. Please leave the oven as you found it.
Do not throw or pour any waste, leftover food, hygiene products, grease or other hazardous liquids into the sink, washbasin, shower or toilet, as this can cause unpleasant blockages.
Please take back or dispose of all the food you have brought with you. As well as all garbage. If the apartment is not left swept clean and hygienic (toilets and bathroom), € 100,- cleaning costs will be added to the final price.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed in our apartment. We ask for your understanding.
Rest periods:
Night rest 22:00 h – 07:00 h
Key:
Please do not give your keys to anyone else. If you lose your keys, you are liable up to the amount of the replacement costs.
Liability:
We accept no liability for any valuables or accidents you bring with you. Please make sure that all lights are switched off when you leave the apartment – the environment and the landlord will be grateful!
Misuse of the apartment:
We would like to expressly point out that it is not permitted for people from outside the house to visit the vacation apartments or to park their car on our premises.
Vacation apartments are intended for residential purposes and in the sense of a normal stay, i.e. for recreation, relaxation and overnight stays. All music systems brought along may be set to room volume at most. In the case of music systems with bass, the bass must remain switched off.
Termination:
In the event of multiple breaches of the rental conditions, the landlord may unilaterally terminate the rental agreement and you must leave the vacation apartment immediately. In this case, you are not entitled to a refund of the rental price.
Skis and snowboards:
You can store your skis and snowboards in the garage. Please note that the garage must always be closed.
Duty of care:
You must treat the rental property with care and ensure that your fellow travelers also comply with the rental conditions.
Please handle the vacuum cleaner and hairdryer with care. These are not toys.
In the event of defects or damage, you are liable to the amount of the replacement costs.
Please do not enter the apartment with mountain boots or ski boots. Please only use the garage for your ski boots.
